I thought I should give a plug to Rochelle over at Nice Store Strategies who runs a great blog full of great information.  Store optimization is the key to BANS success and it is really necessary to keep good records of your progress.  Rochelle developed a Niche Store Checklist which also includes some really cool “how to” links that will help position your stores ahead of the competition.  Check out her site.
