Build A Niche Store - Cracking On

Boy have I made some progress. I got my head down yesterday and decided I needed to get all my stores to what I define as Phase 2 Development . I now have 25 stores with 7 remaining to outsource link building. As you know if you have followed my progress I use SubmitEdge for all my link building submissions. Truth be told I was beginning to get nervous that SubmitEdge weren’t delivering but as it turns out I was very very wrong.
I have used various tools to check my back links but they all gave different results hence my nervousness. A couple of days ago I decided I should check out Google Webmaster Tools (I don’t remember why but I probably read something somewhere and filed it away). This has a back link checker and what pleasant reading that made. Sure enough there were plenty of links and this figure will increase futrther over the next few weeks as more directories approve site sumbissions. Excellent news.
Google Webmaster Tools is a proper treasure trove. I would recommend, no I’d do more than that. You absolutely must use the Google Webmaster tools. Talk about value I was blown away with what you can mine from this simple system and it will really help with BANS store development.
Another thing you can do via Google Webmaster Tools is submit the BANS xml sitemap. I have submitted three or four of my stores at this stage and I’m glad I did. All but one passed the check but one failed. Guys, you need to know this information - a sitemap with a bug in it means googlebot aint going to hang around which doesn’t bode well for the sites long term earning prospects. The challenge now is trying to figure out how to fix the problem! Anyone got any ideas?
For those of you that would like an earnings update things have been a little slow despite good traffic. My total earnings from BANS stand at $110. Oh I should add that I have adsense on a couple of stores and this has earned a whopping $1.48 as well. Nice bonus.
